Anuradha ParmarExecutive Director

Anuradha is an architect and urban planner and has worked for over 15 years on urban development projects in the US, UK and India. Her interest lies in urban regeneration, conservation and regional and environmental planning.

She has worked with local governments, public and private institutions, and the London Olympics Growth Boroughs to implement planning projects. Her work has included the implementation of urban regeneration schemes, stakeholder engagement, capacity building and fundraising.
Prior to the US, she practised as an architect in India. She has a Masters in Community and Regional Planning from UT, Austin and a B. Arch. from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.

Mehak TikuAssociate Director

Mehak obtained her Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from CEPT University, Ahmedabad after completing her graduation from the Indian Education Society’s (IES) College of Architecture, Mumbai.

She has previously completed an internship with Total Synergy Consulting Private Limited in New Delhi where she worked on developing a tourism circuit for Uttar Pradesh. She has also worked as an architect in OP.US Designs. Mehak has a keen interest in studying various urban issues inclined towards amenities for public convenience, pedestrian infrastructure and solid waste management.

Anuja VoraAssociate Director

Anuja Vora has obtained her Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Rachna Sansad’s Academy of Architecture, Mumbai.

Her thesis was about integrating introverted public spaces such as caves and forts with the present-day city using the specific example of Jogeshwari caves. Under the guidance of the TMD Cell, she designed the Stone niches and Saints composition in the India Greets Section of Art Program at Terminal 2, Mumbai Airport. Her interest lies in engaging with multidisciplinary groups and working at the intersections of domains to explore opportunities and create solutions for the region. In her free time, she likes to learn about various subjects like sustainable living, gardening, arts-crafts, personal finance, paper assets, and more.

Manish SharmaAssociate Director

Manish obtained a Master’s Degree in Architectural Heritage and Urban Conservation from Mumbai University in 2021 after graduating from Rachna Sansad’s Academy of Architecture, Mumbai, in 2015.

He worked on the design and construction of Warner Bros Theme Park in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE, with Sanderson International Group. He has also worked on the Dubai Harbour Creek Towers with Interspace PMO in Dubai as an Architect and BIM expert. He is keen to study historic urban cities with the help of digital tools such as HBIM and GIS. He is also interested in developing urban resilience and sustainability in design for the future of the cities.

Raveena GadkarSenior Research Associate

Raveena Gadkar has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai.

She has previously worked as a junior architect at Vaastu Vidhaan Projects, where she has largely worked on the conservation of heritage pyaus (drinking water fountains) in Mumbai. As a student, she has contributed to the production of the exhibitions Deco on the Oval and Sir George Clarke Studios and Laboratories, held in Mumbai. Her interests lie in architectural research and conservation of heritage elements in the urban context.

Shruti Vanne obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai.

She has interned at M. M. Project Consultants Private Limited, Mumbai, where she worked on the rehabilitation and redevelopment of slums located in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
Her interests lie in urban research and urban planning processes. She aspires to learn and deliver non-discriminatory, sustainable, and equitable solutions through urban design, planning, and policymaking. Shruti intends to learn and understand the various social, economic, and infrastructural aspects that make and form a city and further develop and discover the spectrum and possibilities of an inclusive planning mindset.
